Here are pictures from various trips I have taken to faraway (and
not-so-faraway) places.
Air Canada having once again affirmed their monopoly status by raising
their rates, Kat and I found it was cheaper for us both to fly to
Philadelphia on USAir than it was for me to fly to her directly.
She'd lived there for a while, so we made a weekend out of it, and
saw some of her friends, and some of the sights.

- Ian and Kat. There's the Liberty Bell in the background, but
Independence National Historical Park is mostly closed off, lest
the terrorists win.

- If you actually want to get close to the Liberty Bell, you get
to get searched. (It seems the terrorists have already won, after all.)

- Our last morning in Philly. I needed to get a canonical cheese steak.
This one was called the "Belly Buster", and it was "bigger than my
head". [Warning! Kids, don't try this at home; we are trained
professionals.]

- On the attack! [Yes, I did actually eat it all. :-) ] That's Kat's
friend Digger pointing.
