Here are pictures from various trips I have taken to faraway (and not-so-faraway) places.

We went to Iowa (Ian's first time there; Kat lived there a decade ago) for the wedding of Kat's friends Laura and Connor. It was in Amana, the biggest part of the Amana Colonies, and was held in the Festhall, which is basically a large barn.

Before the wedding, we took a drive around the colonies. This tractor is apparently quite stuck.

But this is the home to Iowa's largest walnut rocker! [This of course leaves open the possibility of larger walnut rockers in other states, or larger maple rockers in Iowa or elsewhere. :-) ]
