In St. Andrews, we stayed at Salty Towers. In contrast to the Inn on the Cove, which had ADSL in the room, our room here had an Underwood typewriter. :-)

We went to the aquarium in St. Andrews. They had this snake, eyeing a grasshopper, but not actually making any move on it.

Minister's Island (in the background). You can drive to this island from here, but only at low tide. You have to make sure you come back in time, or you're stuck there for a while.

The next day, we went whale watching! We got dressed up in these funny "easy to spot in the water" suits.
