On our way to Amsterdam, Kat and I used our Northwest Elite powers to get into KLM's lounge (actually Air France's lounge, which they share) at the Montreal airport. They had Internet terminals there, but the keyboards were really hard to use. Check this out. The AZERTY layout is weird enough, but common characters like "." and numbers require you press Shift. Characters like square brackets require you use the "AltGr" key (not the Alt key). Pretty challenging sometimes.
