The eating area includes a microwave that somehow doubles as a small grill and convection oven.

We're on the top floor, so we get this very pretty A-frame interior. It's all-wood (pegs, etc., not nails) construction from we think the 1600s (except for a few metal braces clearly added later for reinforcement).

Being on the top floor, we have to come up some pretty tight and windy staircases.

The stairs to the bedroom. One has to use these stairs in the night to go to the bathroom. Fun.

The bedroom is quite large, and includes a sitting area, and the same A-frame construction as the great room.
