Pictures from Ian and Kat's Digital Camera: PAIP 1.3: 28 November, 1998
[Up to Party At Ian's Place ]

Ever since August 1998, I've been hosting a Party At Ian's Place about every one to three weeks. See The Party At Ian's Place homepage for more information.

PAIP 1.3 was held on 28 November, 1998, and, since I was heading out of town shortly thereafter, it was the last PAIP in Berkeley of 1998. We had special guests from Amsterdam attending this PAIP.

Sarah, Peter, Johann, Danyel, Diana, Joel. I don't know whose back-of-the-head that is.

Nick (reading what is assumedly Dilbert). To the left of Nick (under the table) is my home computer, a 386 DX-16 with 3 MB RAM that runs Linux and ssh just fine, thank you. It also doubles as my answering machine with the help of my ZyXel modem (though at the moment, the 386 doesn't like its serial card, so it's currently offline; I got it used in 1991, so not a bad life).
