In the basement. The walls are drywalled, but not painted. The floor is just painted concrete. There's new wiring and 100 Amp service, though.

There's even a bit of stained glass in the living room. The fireplace isn't really one; it's just a mantle with nothing behind it. But we could put a gas fireplace there.

There used to be a wall between the living room and dining room. When it was taken out, the floors were patched up badly. We'll have to fix that.

The shower has very poor water pressure, but the adjacent sink doesn't seem to. So perhaps replacing the faucet and/or showerhead will fix that.
