The heating ducts to replace the ones that were in the walls have been installed, as well as a new air return (there wasn't one on the second floor of the house at all).

All of the upstairs bathroom plumbing needs to be replaced, ugh. It's not vented or slanted properly right now, and it makes sense to fix it while everything's open.

The stack will need replacing as well; that will involve opening the wall upstairs in the bathroom too, which we hadn't planned on.
